Get us in early. Avoid the retrofit compromise.
Most heating and cooling installers turn up at lockup, then try to shoehorn ducting through finished walls and other trades' work. We work the other way — engaged at design and frame stage, so the system is planned into the home, not crammed in afterwards.
For builders
One trade contact handling plumbing, gas, refrigeration and electrical for HVAC — fewer subbies to coordinate, cleaner site logistics, on-time install.
How we work with youFor architects
We integrate HVAC into your design intent — concealed plant, considered grille placement, equipment sized to suit the build envelope, not the catalogue.
How we collaborateFor new-build homeowners
Building your own home? We'll consult with you and your builder before the system specs are locked in. Get it right once, live with it for 15 years.
Book a new build consultA seven-step process, designed to fit yours.
Whether you're at concept design, halfway through framing, or finalising the build schedule — here's how we slot in alongside your existing trades and timelines.
Consultation & assessment
We start with your plans or an obligation-free site visit. We map the project against HVAC needs — size, layout, energy targets, build sequence.
Tailored HVAC design
System design fits your architectural plans — not the other way around. Efficiency, zoning and regulatory compliance baked in from day one.
Architectural integration
We work with the architect to position equipment, ducting and grilles for optimal performance and design integrity. No ugly compromises.
Energy efficiency & sustainability
Heat pumps, hydronic options, hybrid systems, all-electric pathways — we recommend solutions sized properly so they actually run efficiently.
Communication & coordination
Open lines with your project manager, builder and other trades throughout. We don't disappear between site visits — you'll know what's happening.
Post-installation support
System testing, commissioning, walkthrough with the homeowner, written handover. We stay available for warranty and servicing after handover.
Timely completion
Project deadlines matter. We coordinate our install around your build schedule and don't hold up other trades waiting on us.
One trade, all the licences.
HVAC crosses four regulated trades: plumbing, gas, electrical and refrigeration. Most installers hold one or two and outsource the rest, which means more contractors on your site, more coordination, more risk. We hold them all in-house.
ARC Authorised
Australian Refrigeration Council authorised. Required by law to install, service or decommission any refrigerant-based system. Many "HVAC" installers aren't.
Licensed mechanical plumbers
Master Plumbers Australia members. The licence that legally covers plumbing, gas-fitting and hydronic work — all the wet trades for HVAC under one roof.
Passive House Tradesperson
Certified to work on Passive House standard builds. If you're targeting genuine energy performance, the install detailing matters as much as the kit.
Cross-trade coordination
We talk the language of framers, sparkies, plumbers and plasterers. Fewer translation losses on site means fewer mid-build rework requests.
Design-phase consultation
We'll mark up plans, attend design meetings, and flag issues before they're built in. Most installers just quote off a brief — that's where problems start.
Long-term servicing
We service what we install for the system's full life. The homeowner has one number to call, your warranty obligations are easier to manage.
Everything you'd need to brief separately, under one team.
From bulkhead and ducted reverse cycle through to hydronic, heat pumps and ventilation — we cover the lot, so you brief once.
Got a build on the boards? Bring us in before the wall lining.
Send through plans or book a site visit. We'll review the project, flag anything worth changing, and give you a clear scope and quote — no obligation.
