How early should we get you involved?
Ideally at design stage — before plans are locked. The earlier we're in, the more we can integrate without compromise. Worst case is frame stage; after plasterboard things get harder.
Do you work with our builder/architect directly?
Yes — we collaborate with your existing team. We attend design meetings, mark up plans, and coordinate with other trades on-site.
Is the system eligible for rebates?
Most all-electric hybrid systems qualify for Victorian Energy Upgrade rebates — up to $3,000 depending on the install. We confirm eligibility in the written quote.
Can you handle the entire HVAC scope?
Yes. As licensed mechanical plumbers and ARC-authorised refrigeration techs, we cover plumbing, gas, electrical and refrigeration in-house. One contract, one site coordinator.
